About ShiftSwap

ShiftSwap exists because shift coverage at certification-dependent workplaces was being run on group texts, and group texts do not check whether the person who said 'I got it' is actually allowed to.

What it does

Staff release a shift they can't work. Everyone certified for it is notified. They claim it. A manager approves who gets it. The certification check happens in the database, on every path, so it cannot be skipped by accident or clicked around.

Who it's for

Built for a pool first, but nothing in it is water-specific. A facility defines its own certifications, so the same app fits a summer camp, a climbing gym, a restaurant with a food-safety requirement, or any team where the question isn't just 'who's free' but 'who's allowed'.

How it's run

One person, no investors, no ads. Free for small teams, a flat monthly price above that. Your data is yours, is never sold, and the privacy policy is written to be read.
