I'm Evan. I built ShiftSwap after watching shift coverage get handled the same way at every facility I'd seen: someone can't work, they text the group chat, and everyone hopes.
The part nobody was checking was certifications. Whoever picked up the shift might or might not be qualified for it, and nobody found out until it mattered. That seemed like a problem a database should solve, not a manager at 6am.
